The questions we get most often before a photo tour.
Do we need to know how to pose?
No. Most of our clients have never had a professional photoshoot before. We guide you the whole time.
Who can join the photo tour?
Couples, families, groups of friends and solo travellers.
What should we wear?
Neutral colours without big logos or prints work best. Wear comfortable shoes, because we walk between locations.
What happens if it rains?
We can always reschedule. Just let us know as soon as you can.
When do we get the photos?
Your private online gallery arrives within a week, and the edited photos in under 15 days. If you need them sooner, ask us about express delivery in 24 hours, which has an extra cost.
What is the best time of day?
For outdoor photos we love the light at sunset. We will suggest a time when you book.
Can you arrange hair and make-up?
We do not offer it ourselves, but we can recommend make-up artists and stylists we trust. They charge separately.
Which languages do you speak?
English, Spanish, Russian and Chinese.
How can we pay?
In cash, by card or by bank transfer.
